I am taking a stab in the dark here...I recently acquired an old mailing chest that is said to be from the Korean War that soldiers would use to send china back to their spouses in (tin lined). The soldiers name on it is William C. Rhoads. An uncommon spelling for the last name, so i did a quick search and came to this blog. on label:
